When you book in, you will be given access to the PADI online learning platform – you will be required to go through the material prior to the session (usually around 2 hours of reading)
Morning // 3 hour session where we cover the theory of advanced freediving.
Morning // confined water session to learn stretching and relaxation techniques, advanced equalisation techniques as well as refine static and dynamic apnea. The goal is static apnea of 3.5 minutes and dynamic apnea of 75 metres.
Afternoon // Open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. The goal is a constant weight freedive of 28 meters.
