This is a two day course which consists of a theory session via Zoom on the Friday night and the practical component (pool session and boat dive) on the Saturday. You will be certified as a Padi Freediver once you have completed the course and successfully meet the requirements of a 50m dynamic swim; 2.5 min breath hold; 20m depth dive and 10m depth rescue.
Pool session is held in Frankston and the boat launches from either Rye or Portsea (weather dependant).
