This two-day PADI Freedive course is where holding your breath becomes a superpower (the useful kind). Saturday is all about brains and bubbles, with an in-person theory session and pool training. Sunday, we take it offshore for a proper boat dive — because freediving belongs in the ocean.
Along the way, you’ll sharpen your freediving skills, learn how to dive smarter (not harder), and probably make a few new dive buddies who also think not breathing is fun.
By the end of the course, you’ll earn your PADI Freediver certification, having confidently ticked off:
The pool session takes place at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre, and the boat departs from Portsea.
