If you have been struggling with your technique or your equalisation the best solution is a one-on-one guided freedive session. You will work with the freedive instructor to help you on your freedive journey.
Where is it held and how does it work?
The dive is a shore based dive generally held in Port Phillip Bay. The guided one-on-one dive will be arranged by appointment to suit the schedule of both you and the instructor. We will also look at the weather to see where would be the best place for the dive.
Generally the dive sight will be located in the southern part of Port Phillip Bay as generally the conditions and visibility will be better.
If you don't have your own equipment, you can arrange to hire freedive equipment.
Equipment that you will need:
- Mask & Snorkel
- 5mm two piece wetsuit with integrated hood
- Rubber weight belt & weights
- Gloves & socks
- Freedive fins
