Life changing Experience. The Kilsby retreat from start to finish was the best experience I’ve ever had. Ekhart’s knowledge and expertise in free diving and all that it encompasses is 10/10. The course was a well rounded experience including free-diving, meditation, breathwork, yoga, ice bath's and a special space to connect with like minded people. It’s a platform that inspires an individual to be the best version of themselves and in turn offering transformation to both physical and energetic wellbeing. From someone who has never dived before, I gained so much from this retreat, it was a very safe and a welcoming environment to learn in, the whole team was epic. I couldn’t recommend it enough, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Ekhart and Team!!
