Completion of your PADI Freediver qualification or equivalent
First Aid and CPR training (within the last 24 months)
Morning // 3 hour session where we cover the theory of advanced freediving.
Afternoon // confined water session to learn stretching and relaxation techniques, advanced equalisation techniques as well as refine static and dynamic apnea. The goal is static apnea of 3.5 minutes and dynamic apnea of 75 metres.
Open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. The goal is a constant weight freedive of 28 meters.
