Description

Our Surf Survival Course is focused on the dynamic aspect of breath hold training in a volatile environment.

Our Surf Survival Course is run over a day with the first part of the course being the theory aspect of our course. Our pool session is where we focus on breath hold training and we run drills focussed on assisting you with building a tolerance to high levels of CO2 and stress.

As an added bonus we include PADI Basic Freediver certification as part of the course.

Once you’ve completed this course, and would like to finish your full Level 1 freediving certification, you can book one of our boat dives. We run our boat dive straight after the pool session on the Saturday.

Pool session is held in Mornington Peninsula
